Terrible Stay

. Firstly they will ask you to cancel the booking. Their rooms are dirty. Wash basin broken. Ac was there but you can't control the temperature. Insects can be seen moving around. Shower not working

The room was not clean as it was shown. And host suggested us not to use make my trip and pay money directly. Mmt never pay money to hotels so they are giving me free stay(even i paid him full money advance. I dont know who is wrong hotel or make my trip but at check in this type of guesting is horrible and embarrassing. Wont suggest people for make my trip in future
