Super Hotel O Sri Ram Nagar Sriperumbudur

I booked an AC room here for 3 days, but the AC isn’t working in any of the rooms. When I asked at reception, they were uncooperative. All the rooms are in poor condition, and the bathrooms are very bad. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the booking, but there’s no breakfast either. I made the booking through MakeMyTrip.I called MakeMyTrip customer care to report this issue, but they were also uncooperative

Really it's was terrible experience and there is no cleane its look like public toilet, I request please remove this kind of hotels. after visiting I booked another hotel and shifted there because lot of mosquito... oh god..... plz don't go with this.

I am really shocking this kind of bad condition room i am never see anywhere i trusted makemytrip partner but my hope definitely loss with you guys zero facility maintenance in be there nobody can response cockroach everything will be there in bed only not good condition bathroom all all not good will booking two days booking okay we cannot to sleep yesterday night without i will very disappointing room

Breakfast was not provided although mentioned in the booking. They gave a classic room but i booked a delux room. We had to explain this several times to get the delux room. The air conditioning was not up to the mark. Drinking water was not good and the bathroom was not clean. Rusted taps and pipes filled with high hardness water.

An outstanding stay overall had a thrilling experience here our stay was truly impressive.
