all good in this hotel but It would be nice if there was a restaurant, There are some repairs in the rooms, it would be good if they are done.

Horrible than ever, there were bugs all over the place, in my room and bed. Mattress was smelly. They were asking money for room cleaning. I would never recommend this to anyone.

There is no food service in this hotel, and the hot water in the bathroom is not working. The hotel is located in the Old Hospital area.

Service & Staff behavior is very poor

"Filthy rooms, rude staff. Avoid!" Very bad service and Rooms and Washroom . They are not maintaining hygiene also very disgusting..

Bed bug, in washroom tap also not working. There not providing basic thing like towel soap and service also not good It was very bad experience for me i faced a lot of issue. Like bed bugs, water issue in washroom. And also not providing basic thing towel soap and tv also not working. There is. No service in hotel

poor gps cant locate on Rapido and others. bed bugd on the matress. poor guest respect

The washroom in both the rooms were so dirty and badly maintained that both me and my mother have been suffering from infection and my uncle and me are suffering from bad Back pain because of the mattress. In my previous Kashmir trip in October 2023 also I had same hotel cleanliness issue

Location was around 1. 2-1. 3 kms from ramakrishna beach by walk. So location is good, rooms were clean. Hot, cold drinking water available, bathrooms were clean. The reception desk even helped us with paper plates for food. Outside food allowed as well. I don't use tv much on travel although it was installed. Overall, great experience. Would stay here again if required.

I was staying in room no 204. I can say only that room conditions, the ac was not working. I stayed there for 3 days but no room service staff came for cleaning.

The location is little outside and nothing you can find near to hotel. It's 1. 6 km from rk beach. No regular cleaning and the bed is full of bed bugs.

Unprofessional and uncooperative staff. No extra services available. Even tea and water not provided by the hotel. Hygiene wise its good.

stay was good , and ambience, cleanliness, traveled with family. but satff was not friendly, we are me , my wife and two kids. they provided only one towel, one soap of small 10rs one and one 500 ml water bottle . and we booked stay for two days. when I requested for one more bath towel, they said strictly no , not possible. stay was so good. so finally three
