i did advance booking for family trip. cons:- *dirty washroom *no water *smelly blankets *dampness on walls, very smelly *unsafe, i did not sleep entire night due to security, ruffians were roaming outside of hotel. will not recommend for family trips.

Absolutely pathetic condition of hotel. Even a single water bottle is not complimentary. Washrooms were very bad condition.

It is a very dirty hotel, the room is not clean, the bathroom is dirty, the bed cover is stained, no one is listening to anyone. Had a very bad experience

The hotel is not at all like what they have shown or described. To start with, They had mentioned complimentary early check-in, When we arrived early they said complimentary check in is 2 hrs before the actual check in time and I was 2 and a half hours early. The hotel was empty but still he asked us to wait for 30 mins when I was with kids and 2 senior citizen. After a lot of requesting they allowed for early checkin under table… We finally reached the room and noticed the rooms were dirty and stinking, there was no geyser in the room. They just had one coil water heater which they were using to make the water hot one bucket at a time and we were 5 of us, just imagine the time it would have taken us to just take bath…. Apart from this the bedsheet were torn, there was no handle on the door the keys hanging was the handle they said… the walls were all rusty… Thank god that I did not had to sleep for the night, we checked out the same day….

The room setup was thoughtful and cozy. The linens were replaced daily, which i appreciated.
