Very bad experience. AC not giving cooling but showing temp properly they have changed the room but all rooms are equal in any room cooling is not their No water coming from badin

Room was not as shown . Cheap room, very dirty, no bedspread, poor maintenance, lots of mosquitoes. I didn’t even stay there. Once I visited the property, I ran off. Got scared of the room.

No service,no wifi connection,monkey distrubance ,no water facilities and no proper ventilation and so on

Room not clean, Staff don't even know proper English, The photo in make my trip & the reality is totally different

it was so mismanaged and felt great pressure and fear left hotel one day before.2 more people also checked out. that is 0 (zero) not o.pl don't recommend such hotel.

Taps were leaking. Tiles and Walls were dirty. There were cockroaches roaming inside the room. There was no hanger to tie your clothes. The washroom and toilet were too dirty and may not be cleaned for weeks. Rain water in the night entered the room and my bags got wet. All clothes were wet and some important documents got spoiled. The staff was too rude and nonsense. They didn't provide water bottle before paying the money. I told them I will pay during checkout but they didn't agree. Moreover they don't have any fridge so we were getting hot water bottles for 20 rupees in Chennai summer

Reception person wasn't available. They don't speak Hindi and hardly understand any english causing inconvenience for non tamil customers. Rooms weren't prepared and cleaned. Dirty Bedsheet. Hairs on pillow. Mirror not there in washroom. Basin tap not working. Small room. . Service not good. Water availability not there.

It was really bad. The condition of the room was really weird. The washroom was in a bad condition. It was all dirty

Property is situated in off-region.Room was not as shown in the picture. Room was average. Wifi was not connecting.Washroom was not clean.Balcony area was dusty.No water is provided for the guests. We had to manage everything by our own as they are not having any backup plan for water.Totally the experience was not upto the expectation .

The room was really bad and the maintenance is not at all good

I did not stay at that property as the images did not accurately represent it; it was entirely different. I cannot accept this situation and would like a refund.

location is OK food is not available but food shops in 200 meters service is not bad. need to improve

The worst place to stay. Rooms are nothing same as shown in photos. Room full of mosquitoes, Smelly room, No water in washroom tap, No power backup. I stayed for 1 night and power was not there.

I was not stayed in this hotel with family. I made complaint vide ticket 208620158162-11776 dtd 01st Feb2025 for refund. I dislike OYO Hotel.waiting for your reply.

Receptionist is trouble creater. Basically they don’t like booking via 3rd par etc,. To my surprise that called me next day after check out and asked some more money. I don’t see any pending due.
