Very poor service. My room was at 5th floor and lifts were turned off. Rooms were not clean. Sheets were not changed.

Worst hotel ive stayed in. - The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room. - No safety deposit boxes in rooms. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.

Best facilities and food available up to 2am room size is big and bed is comfortable and washrooms are clean, thanks guys

Had booked rooms for three persons and paid for the same at the time of booking but when reached the hotel asked that you talk to make my trip, make my trip is cheater here in our system it's showing as the hotel is booked for two persons and charged extra for third persons asked for the aadhar of all the three persons however hotels ask for aadhar of one person only it's sure either hotel or you make my trip is cheater and is cheating persons

Bed sheets are worse no neatness rooms full of bad smells cockroaches white bed bugs

Worst room maintenance. They didn't even change the dirty blankets. Many cockroach were there in the bed. Worst hotel stay ever. Waste of money.

Worst check in experience. My advice do not book this hotel. Booked hotel with full payment. Hotel staff dint allow check in and asked additional payments. This is hotel trick to trouble traveller, so they will make sure that you land up in a situation after travel-ling your overnight journey and pay extra to them. After makemytrip intervention they allowed me check in 9 pm but overall stay not worth it. Room sizes very small.

Clean room and good service. Location is good

if the check out time is 11:00 they are not waiting even 1 min and they are not even providing any comodeties like soap brush ect. pg is best than this. the money spent is not worth it
