Super Hotel O Vijaynagar Road Formerly Anmol Peace Stay

Never choose this nasty hotel ever, Far away from mainbroad, steep narrow and muddy road, stinking all-around, no lift and and no proper car parking, the linen and bedding are outdated and stinking, no food and grocery around, you have to depend on swiggy to deliver food, you have to buy water can before reaching this shit hotel, it's like a haunted place, never stay with family there, the staff was helpful and nice

The Room is good. There could have been a table and two chairs in the rooms. The receptionist is very friendly and cordial. The location is accessible from the centre of Ooty. But the access road to the property is in a bad condition.

It is the worst property listed . First of all locating the property was a huge task secondly we found out the pictures posted on MMT to be completely deceptive to what it was in actuals. We had no choice but to book a much more expensive property by paying a premium and getting no compensation for our stay at Hotel O. Bottom line it is kinda hotel for couples who need private space (no issues with that personally) but such properties shouldn't be listed for around 4.5-5K per night. Because there's no facility that you get there for that price. It's purely opportunistic listing during peak season to fleece you of your money.

Room was good, and service was quite fast with underground parking facility

Accommodation details: it was not a hotel but a 3bhk with different room sizes. The caretakers were living, cooking, and sleeping next to the guest rooms. Room conditions: the rooms were in horrible condition, with a pervasive smell of urine across all areas. No towels, toiletries, or basic amenities were provided. The bedsheets were stained and unclean. There was no provision for drinking water; we had to go outside to purchase it. The rooms lacked proper ventilation or climate control (no fan, ac, or heater. Electrical plugs were outdated, causing chargers to fall out repeatedly. Bathroom and security: both the room and attached bathroom lacked functional locks or had broken ones. Staff and maintenance: the staff stated they couldn’t improve the quality as they were merely workers (and were actually staying there themselves.

The hotel provided a comfortable spot to relax, and the staff was very helpful. We had everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Like a lodge room, no drinking water also. Not worth for the money paid. Doors are not secure, tv did not work.
