Very bitter experience I had gained today while staying with my wife. At the time of Booking it was mentioned that there is complementary breakfast. But they had denied totally and said that there is no arrangement of breakfast. Even at the time of departure at 9:10 A. M. on16. 09.2025, Tuesday, there was nobody found at the Reception. The services are almost deteriorated in this hotel. In the name of Complementary breakfast included, they had defrauded us.

Room size and setup was ideal for my solo trip. Staff was professional and everything worked fine for me.

Romantic sanctuary was established perfectly in our room. Staff understood couple privacy needs and made everything special.

the worst experience ever. don't believe on photos of room on site or app. all things are wrong. Not a good room,not a good bed for sleeping, dirty rooms,dirty bathrooms, water is not coming in washroom, ac is not working properly, can't even door lock working. no any brackfast available .please don't not visit ever this hotel.its West of money on any amount. better to sleep on railway station. it's also in very bad area u can't even get good food outside. worst experience ever

I only stayed there until 7pm, I checked in at 1 pm cause electricity was out. When we confronted the owner she said that we should have booked ahotel or 5 star hotel. The staff didn’t cared about anything and it is totally out of city so you don’t have restaurant nearby. It was a worst experience for me

The bed an pillow is not cleaned and dirty, bathrooms are properly maintained and no cold purifier and hot water is continuousl coming in the tap water

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was filthy, with visible dirt and dust everywhere. To make things worse, I found cockroaches crawling around—absolutely unacceptable! The amenities were non-existent. The TV and AC were completely non-functional, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, most of the electrical outlets didn’t work, so I couldn’t even charge my devices. The lack of water sanitation was concerning, and there was no room service available at all. To add to the frustration, the staff was completely unresponsive. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was addressed, and they seemed indifferent to guests’ concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s poorly maintained, lacks basic services, and the staff doesn’t care about their guests. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!

*Disappointing Experience* I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this property. Unfortunately, the maintenance was subpar, and the services provided were inadequate. *Key Issues:* - Poor maintenance of the property - Inadequate service from the staff - Rooms were not well-maintained and had cleanliness issues *Conclusion:* Due to these issues, I would not recommend this property to anyone and will not be visiting again in the future.

Hotel is interior and difficult to find. Service is pathetic. No facility of drinking water and food plates/glasses. Tv not in working condition. Only hot water available. Not recommended to anyone

Please refund the money paid since the horw. Hotel refused our booking and did not allow us to stay.
