Super Hotel O Vizianagaram Near Railway Station

It's nice. I found this hotel in MakeMyTrip. It's a reasonable price and it is so comfortable. All their maintenance is very perfect and the main bathrooms are very neat and clean. I am satisfied a lot at that price.

Hotel Review – Recent Stay I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of basic arrangements for food and water. The hotel does not provide any food service, and even drinking water is not supplied to the rooms. In most hotels, at least one or two complimentary water bottles are provided, but here even water is chargeable, which felt unreasonable. Since there was no in-house food facility, I had to order food from outside. However, the hotel did not provide plates or basic serving items, which made it very inconvenient. These are simple necessities that any guest would expect during a hotel stay. Overall, the stay did not feel fair or comfortable due to the absence of essential services.

Name of hotel shared is different and family roamed 2 hrs to find the hotel No communication with hotel staff each time tried to call, the call is rejected by reception They initially denied to serve breakfast and asked family to arrange their own and after argument they agreed as it was in the booking itself

Breakfast was not provided, included & smount charged in the booking.Wi fi assessing at reception Area only, rooms no wi-fi. power failure, generator switched on after complained by customers.

Bedsheets were not cleaned and the hotel name is different so it was difficult to locate it. And the rooms were basic.

it's fine with the accommodation. and room with good ac and tv with good parking and lift . it's nice

it was a great stay. rooms are comfortable also the room service is very good 😊. Plz add aqua water for drinking. Otherwise everything is good 😊 rooms are clean.

Not so good. they charged for 3adults. But provided only a double bed room with 2 pillow. Not even provided one extra pillow. They refused to provide an extra pillow or bed. After raising the query, they did not bother and not provided.

1)the first thing is the hotel name srb grand not super hotel name mismatch 2) in the hotel they are not providing breakfast, amenities, no service, even though we booked everything they are not providing anything, below average hotel, worst hotel i ever seen.

Nothing provided there. No towel, no water bottle, no soap. Room is also not clean. Bed sheets have stain mark over it.

it's a good property to stay its super clean and here you can find all accomodation like food air conditioning etc.

I booked the room with complementary breakfast but the hotel was not provided i paid for that breakfast while booking.
