Super Collection O Pioneer

Till today I have not stayed in such a bad room. There was so much smell in the bathroom that I did not take bath for 3 days. Public toilets are cleaner than this, there is a smell in the whole room. Really, such dirty rooms and bathrooms are probably only in some hotel.

It was mentioned that AC will be provided but no AC was there in the property which lead a very poor customer experience.

It was very bad experience with Hotel rooms. Bathroom was smells very bad. It was not worthless to stay. Property is not well maintained. Staff was very cooperative.

Food was good, location was little high hill. Had to walk little too much to reach here. Was far from actual mall road. But the staff, food, property overall was good

Rude manager, car will have to stop 2km away from hotel and the. You will have to walk to reach to the hotel. Hotel manager and property owner decline provide any support pickup luggage or escort.

Everything is good ,apart from reaching this hotel because this hotel is tie up and I am long customer i didn't get exact contact of hotel ,later when I reached at hotel they told us about the above information.

Good location on mall road. Staffs are very cooperative. Hot water is available and foods are tasty.

There is a steep slope to reach the hotel without parking. Very difficult for old age people to reach. Commercial number cabs are stopped outside mall road and you need to reach hotel walking and there is no rickshaw facility. The hotel was empty due to its hard to reach slope but we could determine that during online booking. It's better to first see the hotel and then pay.

Pioneer Hotel on Mall Road, Mussoorie offers excellent ambiance and spotless cleanliness. The view from the hotel is breathtaking truly the best spot for a serene and scenic stay!

The whole stay was quite pleasant. The ambience was quite nice. The guy at the reception was quite rude and ill mannered. Overall the helping staff was very polite. I had booked two rooms , out of which one was quite nice while the other was substandard. I had no other option but to stay in the other room. The toilets were messy

The view from the stay was amazing. Though the route guidance to hotel can be made easier by adding few boards

good rooms,breakfast and food was excellent. Manger is bit rude but overall a very good stay on mall road. If you are travelling by taxi , no taxis are allowed on mall road and you might need a coolie to carry your luggage. Mall road attractions are walking distance from hotel. Overall a very good budget stay at mall road
