Capital O Grand Plaza

The rooms were good, the staff were polite. It literally took me 7 mins from checking out to reaching my platform. So, it’s at a really convenient location. Although if you’re staying there, do yourself a favour and do not order food from the restaurant. The tomato soup was yellow in colour, the chopsuey had instant noodles and tasted like vinegar. The “mutton seek h kabab” had potatoes. So yeah, don’t do that. That being said, it’s a really good place if you’re transiting, and it’s not very far from many places one would visit in the city.

I would have given a five star, but few concerns are first being that the centralized ac seems to malfunctioning during afternoons, they won't do much about it and the rooms are always occupied so even switching to another is impossible, and the food is pretty average, the noodles that i had ordered was in an ocean of oil, i would say stick to the north/south indian food here. The best part about this room is the bed and comforter really cozy and comfy when your tucked in.

Undoubtedly one of the best OYOs in Coimbatore. Located in the city junction it is very accessible from all means of transport. The system, descipline and service by the staff is great. The food was of decent quality too. Extensive menu for a complimentary breakfast. Room was super deluxe and super well maintained. 5/5 stars

I stayed twice here, a decent one. 1st time i got a specious room but the 2nd time was quite small due to unavailability. Pros: clean rooms and washroom, room service was good on request, polite and respectful staffs. Cons: not even complimentary water bottle provided either room doesn't had normal drinking water and glasses, but every-time i took hot water from restaurant and they provided immediately

That's the best Capital O Grand Plaza as far as price point, facilities, staff, food, location is concerned in coimbatore. Their affinity to cleanliness is something i loved. Breakfast is good, however lacks non veg menu in breakfast. (nonveg available in Capital O Grand Plaza menu. Spacious room with all facilities. I had one day stay with family and all of us very satisfied. Great interiors. Overall

I have stayed in this Hotel for a single night. The room was ok. It was well spacious. But the toilet was not clean. The staff at the reception was not cordial when I checked out. They refused to give me the bill. When I demanded it repeatedly they asked me to contact make my trip officials. As I had to catch my train I left the place without further exchanges.

Everything was fine. No problem at all.

I stayed with my family for 5 days in grand plaza and gotta admit the staffs were very friendly. Wonderful stay indeed.

Value for money which i booked, average breakfast, spacious room, clean

Overall the experience was good. The only issue was that i reached the Capital O Grand Plaza at around 10 am & the check in time was 12 pm through online booking. In-spite of the room being vacant I was asked to wait till the check in time which I believe is not justifiable.

Wonderful neat n clean. Good for Solo, friends, and family. Clean bathrooms n regular hot water. Over all good to stay.

It's my favorite Capital O Grand Plaza very near to railway stn n centre of city. Rooms are very nice and room service is really very awesome. Hotel staffs are really nice. Food varities n taste is very nice n tasty.
