Hotel O Oasis

The hotel didn't give me rooms they said it's a mistake by make my trip, i have to go in the night search for another hotel to stay. Will file case against make my trip.

When i went to the hotel, they did not give me room, they said it's not there, i m going to file case at the consumer court. I have already called your office, nobody responded.

Just a basic room with old and basic amenities. They offers breakfast which is served in room without any options. Better to choose some other options if available. Bed is also not comfortable as usual hotel beds.

The room was neat. But we had to give additional amount of rs 250 beacuse they said that they were not prepared to give the room even though it was booked. We had no choice but to give the money.

Yesterday i visit this property. The hotel staff ask more money to provide the booked room. They told me that they are not allow rooms, if you paid 500 rupees additional. Then i paid the additional money and take the room. The staff behaviour was very cheap.

After confirmation they said rooma are not available

Very very bad, they asked us rs. 1500- extra for booking. The room lacks ventilation in spite of an ac and it smells awful at night. Faced difficulties in sleeping due to bed bugs & even the pillow covers are not washed/sanitised. It's very difficult for me to use the restroom as it is worse and unhygienic with cockroaches.

room quality and hospilataly is good. no food is available.

Free breakfast and dinner was offered with an "extra amount" but surprisingly property didn't have a restaurant. Location was away from restaurants and for a morning tea i had to walk in search of a restaurant. Very bad experience.

Poor hospitality & rooms are not clean. Staff also not cleaning the room

the hotel is very bad, they were asking more than confirmed booking amount to every one, this hotel to anyone. the rooms very bad and very small. bad smell from bathroom and full of cockroaches, as per the oyo policy paste and shower gel and waterto be provided but they not provided. they bathroom soap were old that the previous gust used. the hotel provided soap for us. only one thing never suggested this hotel to any one🙏. i went with my family so its bad experience.

They are asking for different room rate

I enjoyed a very good hospitality from oasis. The room i stayed was spacious and neat. The breakfast they served was fabulous. I wish to revisit. Thank u oasis.

Charges extra money in checkin

Stayed for a day, although no restaurant or food provided by hotel, great stay. Good city.

Very bad experiance for me. Derty rooms and bad air condetion. No power back up it's horrible. Staff also not a comparative type

The way Oyo is using new technologies for maintening social distancing is remarkable.
