very bad experience of my life to book t hotel from mmt very very unsafe location & its my request to all familys that never visit or book this mentioned hotel as it's not a hotel its a pickup point loje were couples r coming for enjoy not for stay as chadar badli tipe hotel they boked my trip with breakfast but while reaching there they denied me for breakfast & for making request from my side that i m with my entire family pls provide me breakfast as i have booked your hotel with breakfast they told me do any thing u want we don't care & i hawe to check out the hotel without breakfast was feeling so hungry & disgusting on my self as they don't care of their customer so it's my humble request to all the family persons please never ever cook this hotel at it is not a hotel it is a lodge as a pick up point where the couples are coming for enjoying and very bad location andun safe location

* rooms are clean but the bedsheets didn't changed and we can see all the stains on the bedsheet, * if the booking is through online then the way of treating would be different and they tell since this is first time we are allowing you inside or else we will shift to another property like that they threatens the customers * it has shown the breakfast is included but they said "we are not here to provide any breakfast, you can have outside" like that they says and never turned up about breakfast again* ridiculous stay i can say.

The stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean and major well maintained washrooms. The locality is also very near to the main road so good option for a budget stay.

They have no power backup for lift, i have to use stairs to go on 4th floor, no soaps available, towel provided were dirty, bedsheets were also too dirty and torned.

We booked a room but they are not accepted aadhar photo copies or xerox s. We suffered a lot on that day. We spent a lot of time in the property.

The rooms are neatly maintained and no disturbance around. The vibe is good when you go with your partner.

easy to locate the hotel. good room . nearby we have too many restaurants. near to the metro station.

The ambience is too good. All amenities are working. Near the metro station. Geyser switch not working in my room

Not great that much. It's an okay stay for me. Not maintained properly and even the reception doesn't greet you well.

Stay was comfortable. The premises was hygienic. Staff were good. Location was easily accessible. Overall nice stay.

Service worst, they won't provide proper bedsheets no hotel for meals & respons too much delay

Hotel location is good for business purpose or solo not fit for families. Hotel management is not providing minimum facilities

Its very neat and cool which is very adjustable for us begin very neat and fresh rooms provided to us we jave check in by morning and had lunch depm out side….

Hotel and ambiance was ok and rooms were good too, but not happy with the receptionist over there, pretty rude and aggressive

Charged extra amount even after payment

The room were fine but ac was always at 24 degree. Tv had limited or only youtube channels. Bath room didn’t have soap and basic thing. No way to connect to reception via phone as room didn’t have phone.

The actual price of the stay is approximately 1250 with some coupons i have got some discount. But after reaching the hotel they charged 200 extra saying that minimum 1200 should be paid. No use of my coupon discounts

5. 5. Good and comfortable stay nice place to visit really superb experience

The staff was not courteous. Since we paid the charges upfront through online mode, they were not happy and behaved rudely. There was lot of noise during the late hours.
