Hotel O Raas Near Hira Sweet

Hotel staff behaviour was not good. Manager demand extra 600+ amount. Hence I have Full paid at booking time. I have waited for log time at reception. the hotel name not showing there. Hotel name was arrow hotel showing there. Name not match

very bed behaviour all staff and bed management also thay have demanded extra charges, he in not provided water bottle.

The amount mentioned on the app was fraud.. they charged extra amount... the total cost we paid was 1200 .. this was worst experience

It was a totally fake hotel. None of the photos posted on your site were correct. All the photos are of some other hotel There was a completely dirty atmosphere in that hotel and rats were roaming on the bed.

Not a good hotel to stay and the service is very bad and if you book hotel and then do check in then the manager is not going to make you do check in and ask extra amount to pay. So please search any other hotel and don't waste money on this hotel.

Mujhe to waha room bhi nahi diya. Staff member bahut bad behaviour kiya. mujhe dusra hotel me rahna pada . please mera refund kara do.

This was the pathetic place as i booked it and paid the full amount but when i reached the destination it was soo cringe and cheap place. Never go there then i thought the room must be like it is shown in image but it was the worst i mean while i was just entering his register there was soo much of nonsense happening and as i was travelling with my mother and sister i was not sure about our safety so i asked the hotel manager to chnge the room he said hmare pass koi kamra ni h yeh photo jhuthi The manager was the rudest person i saw and he was soo disrespectful towards as he said hmare yha toh family ni aati sirf ladka ladki ghanto k hissab se aate hai.

Ek dam third class hotel hai yaha pe kabhi koi bhi na jaye na to room shahi hai na hi koi byavasta hai

Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to several issues: **Basic Amenities Missing**: There was no hot water or shower in the room, which caused significant inconvenience during my stay. *Staff Behaviour**: The staff displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, making the overall experience even more unpleasant. Recent from 17 dec to 21st December i wan in a hotel named "Oyo Raas o hotel" my experience during stay was terrible, room are not same as shown, property was not same as shown in a image, no hot water, no shower, and staff was full of rude behaviour

No one picked up my call, i did not find the hotel address. I am not stay in the hotel, a also cancel-led option is not working, so my money is waist. Next time i never booked my hhotel through mmt.

Worst experience ever. The room was terrible. It a doest match the pics shown in make my trip. Terrible room service. If i have rate i will rate 0 out of 5. The rook was stinky. Bathroom was also not good.

This is the best, affordable and calm place to stay. I enjoyed staying here, the staff is helpful and food was delicious. I'll visit again.

The rooms are huge, comfortable, and have lovely beds and sofas. There is a lot of towels and enough amenities in the bathroom.
