The room was nothing like the pictures they advertised. It had a very unpleasant smell—I had to use perfume just to make it bearable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and even had holes at the bottom. The tap kept dripping, and the TV didn’t work at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant stay.

soloEven after booking online with full payment the hotel person didn't provide the room to me. The MMT management asked me to book another hotel and simply said sorry. I am from TN and I travelled a whole day to reach the place and standing outside the hotel for 1 hr with having language issues too. Terrible experience 😢

Hotel denied check in bcos i was told that i had booked the room at lower rates then their standard rate. This should be taken care by mm t that they provide room at the listed rates or the rates listed on mm t must be in agreement with the hotel. It's the guests who suffer at the time of check in after such a hectic travel.
