Hotel O J2 Service Apartment

when we reached 11pm, the apartment guy said that there was no room. We said, "we already paid. Why not reserve our rooms? he said that "you have to call and confirm. Now there are no rooms" then he said ac rooms are available and you have to pay 1800_ for three rooms for three days in 5400, we paid 5400_ extra. Because we are new in chennai. Room also average.

I have booked a room in the app and went to the property but there they collected extra amount stating that no normal rooms are available and they said if you want room you have to pay otherwise your booking amount will not be refunded bad ever. I didn’t took any pics but room service also not so clean the bedsheet on the bed was smelling

I was denied accommodation. Property manager asked for extra money. I raised complaint to customer care. They said they will speak to property manager and get back, but no one has got back.

He not allow to me for staying. I am chek in delay

The property manager just wanted me to blindly upgrade my room because he understood that i was a business traveller. He had a room of the same specification as my booking available and he handed it over to another person who came in after me but he wanted me to upgrade.

No understanding about customer situation and very bad experience

Not clean. Environment is not suitable for family stay.

I was booked for 28th December to 29th morning 11am. my arrival is on 29th morning only after a long conversation with the property manager I found the property by 8.00am and proceed for check-in. the property manager asked me to not book. we never give the property for this booking amount. our tariff is rs.- per day like he was argued with me. Then I request him for refreshment within 30minutes of check-in I was checked out. The Oyo support is also very poor. i found very very difficult to get the property contact numbe. Really I was 100%dissatisfied wit this booking.

Not good not good response. No towel given and no drinking water

I am not stay this hotel there are asking extra amount 1000. I tried to contact you but no response. I didn't stay there asking more money. I want my refund

The receptionist said that there is no such bookings for thus date and no room available for which i already paid After further arguments he provided me a dump room after speaking to his manager for which he charged me 300 INR. I again fought with him why we need to provide as i already paid for room but he denied. As i need to fresh-up and go office i dont have any choice hence paid and boarded in. The room is very worst. OYO hotels are not good to book if you book also you ended up disappointment. Not sure where exactly the problem lies but its better to avoid. Also, very rude behavior of the staff on the customer. Totally a terrible experience for me.

Everything is fine. But when you booked. He is giving defective rooms like we were allotted room with no lock even there are rooms available. And when asked he says it's my responsibility of your luggage. That's the only bad thing. Remaining it's fine

Even though i paid the amount in advance by net, they informed that they didn't receive the booking so i paid in cash again. Please reimburse the amount

The staff is rude. Refusing to accept bookings.Asking to move to different property which doesn't have basic amenities. Broken Wash basins and taps. No water for the bath. No sanitary Kitts like soaps, shampoos were provided to us even though we booked deluxe rooms. They made us wait for more than 30 mins before check-in even though we booked earlier. Staff are not taking responsibility for their mistakes.instead they are asking guests to adjust. We have never been in such a bad stay. We wasted our money

Hotel was in very terrible condition no hygienic no cleanliness they didn't change pillow cover and bedsheet no balnaket bathroom was in very condition hopeless hotel never expected this very very. Worst stay.
