This is a great place to be if you are on a budget but yet like to be in a clean and positive environment. The rooms are spacious with minimal furniture, but enough to meet your needs. Very well ventilated, we had a huge balcony facing the east on the 4th floor facing away from the street which was very comforting. I didn’t use or check the tv, since we don’t watch tv but the wifi was good enough for streaming. The staff is the best part of the Super Super Townhouse 158 Near Netaji Subhash Marg Near Appu Ghar since they are trying very hard to keep the place clean and the customers happy. They are well behaved, polite and will help you out or strike a friendly conversation! the food they have can definitely be better, and the breakfast menu could use more options. But overall, i’d definitely recommend this to couples on a budget.

Property is good and clean, the only issue was that whole room was smelling of cigarettes and when we asked them to change the room manager said that this is the issue in all the rooms, we have our 11 m old baby with us so that was and issue with us to bear the smell the whole night.

Some rooms have smell of smoking while some are good. The manager is very helpful and good for just sleeping. Bathrooms are clean and hygenic. And bed covers are also goood.
