1. Hotel location is good and easy to find. 2. Located near to Vanivihar Square or DDCE, Utkal University. 3. Parking space enough for two wheeler's but not sufficient for four wheeler's. 4. Reception area is well designed and sofa available for seating there. 5. Check-in and Check-out processes are fast and easy. 6. While checking in you have to fill up their guest form where you have to enter your details like name, address, mobile no, purpose of visit, booking online or offline, etc. 7. Receptionists are well behaved and polite. 8. They will provide both room keys and card to access the room door. 9. Rooms are wide and perfectly managed with all amenities. 10. In my room there was mini refrigerator was also available. 11. Bathroom has good space , clean and hygienic. 12. You will get coffee materials, shower gel, shampoo, soap in the room. 13. They have own food facilities so you can order food from your room and they will deliver on-time. 14. Staffs were also good and friendly. 15. For reception counter you have to call 100, for room service, food order you have to dial 232. 16. You will get food menu inside the room. 17. Food quality was superb and price was genuine. 18. Wifi facility available with high speed internet. 19. Unmarried couples are allowed to stay. 20. Cash, upi, card payments available here. What you have to take care of : 1. If you are coming by car they you will face little difficulties for parking as parking space is limited. 2. Outside food not allowed inside the Super Town House HI5 Aditya International. 3. everything can be rated as a 3.5/5 and that too just for the cleanliness and ambience of the room and bathroom. no really, I'll include the bathroom too. rest the management and staffs need some corrections like when we went to check in the reception boy asked us to wait as he didn't get the money he was supposed to from oyo and on the second day we had sudden plans to extend the stay but we had to wait in the reception until my friend called to oyo helpline to get their extra charges and it took an hour. apparently their original price is - higher than whats showed on top booking thank you.

Fairly a new property. With decent set if people. Food was good but less of varity. But in a business travel you always dont need so much varity. Located at the heart of the shaded nagar location opposite of hdfc bank

Rooms are good, but too big, enough for two person. Bathroom amenities are excellent. No parking space for car. Highly recommended

The manager went out of the way to help me even though my train was very late and i reached well past midnight
