there is problem of water supply in bathrooms. there is no water in toilet section also the water flow is very accute

Recently I stayed the hotel.the hotel was very terrible,there is Power,AC,also property owner behaviour is not at all acceptable, Overall it was very horrible,waste of money,I lost my money for this hotel only,make my trip team not updated,they should inform us na if property/hotel is having issue, To tell all customers,or inform in online. Very bad experience.

Hotel Entrance *dont have a main entrance* , it is confusing we have to go back end. Only 2 car can be parked, already 2 cars occupied i did not have place. *My Car parked partially outside the property It is unsafe.* First Provided Room *Didnot have bathroom light* it was totally dark. On request they gave other room, in that room had bad food spoiled smell and *no curtain in window* where neighbors building can see inside what happing *No privacy,* after we explained the issue They gave one more room There was *No Gyser, TV was NOTworking* . further no option have to stay. *Receptionist wasted 45min to get room.* *Receptionist was hesitating to give Bill, On demand i have collected the bill.*

Staffs are hostile , room phone deliberately possibly dis connected , no drinking water , surrounding area hotels are horrible , no morning tea ,

Hotel has shabby entrance, actual name of hotel is Naveed. Room was okay but AC was too noisy. Bathroom was so shabby, no shower, no hot water, spider webs all over and was not cleaned for days I suppose. Staff was arrogant and lack English and Hindi speaking skills and hich made my life more miserable. I paid for room with breakfast but hotel did not offer any food services. When I insisted on arranging breakfast reception guy from oyo who did not respond to him as well as to my phone calls . I need refund of the breakfast charges collected from me while booking room

Alternate accommodation provided in Hotel Pasupala Grand, which was not upto mark. The location was dingy and room was not clean.

we paid 1300 single bed given for 2 people and charged 200 extra they are charging more than hyderbad

hotel management not provided water, No hygiene, staff responding harsh, they are encourage as if direct booking they will allow 24 hours stay timings if booked through agent they will not allow and not supportive, not provided dental kit, shaving kit, no water facility, no food in the hotel, overall it is bed experience

The hotel was dirty, when we entered the room it was smelling as hell, and the receptionist, helper all were unprofessional with us, the geyser was not there, the shower was not there and the TV was not working as well even though it was mentioned as working in the app.

Perfect place for some solo relaxation time. Room was spotless and had everything I needed. Staff was kind and understanding.
