There was no dinner option , and even for breakfast the kitchen opens after 8.30 , there was no toiletries in the room , we didnt receive a towel even after asking thrice , dirty bedsheets , very dirty washroom , limescaled bucket , broken drain pipes , stained and dirty toilet , no soap

That property location is too good. Staff is also good but Hotel staff not provided bath towel. room was not clean & clear, bed Sheet also. Hope so this feedback help you further.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The property is in a pathetic and unhygienic condition, making my stay highly uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite sharing images as proof, your team has failed to take appropriate action. Shockingly, instead of addressing the issue properly, i was asked to move to another property in the middle of the night, which is completely unacceptable, especially as a female traveler. This is not a resolution but a neglect of customer safety and comfort.

The rooms were really dirty, the wall paint went old and looked shabby, the wooden flooring was very dirty and seemed like it was never cleaned properly, there were no towels and water bottles available in the room and we had to ask for it, there was no telephone available in the room so i have to run downstairs to ask for anything. There was a weird smell in our room and when we asked to change our room the hotel refused. I had a really bad experience in this hotel, the condition has gone completely shabby, don't rely on the photos uploaded by the hotel, it's really dirty in real
