it's a dingy place, no lift, rooms do not have lights, only one person running the hotel. horrible experience. the staircase is very small.

please don't book this hotel. it is not mentioned for business trip. it is only for young couples. it is running hotel. MakeMyTrip charge this for 2100 per night but it worth only 500 rs. also they don't have the restaurant & lift in hotel. pls don't book this hotel.

Horrible stay!! Don't believe on other's review as the hotel will ask you to write a good review on spot and show it to them. 1. The rooms looks good in the pics but in actual it's very old and the paint is coming out of most of the rooms. 2. I had to request to change my room twice as the geyser was not working, shower was not working, had pests including lizards in the room, as well as the TV was not working. 3. They don't have Wifi on the first floor as well as no elevator on the entire building so you have to climb narrow stairs irrespective of your floor. 4. The staff was UNPROFESSIONAL and was using bad words. 5. Even after changing the room twice and complaining to MMT customer care regarding geyser not working, it never got fixed. 6. They will give good rooms to only those who go there directly and book it instead of any travel apps. 7. Food is super expensive in the hotel so better order from outside. 8. I ordered black coffee with no sugar in morning but after waiting 1.5 hours and calling reception 3 times, I got black tea without sugar, which I had to return back. **There are plenty of better and professional hotels in the same area with the same price cap so better don't book this hotel if you are a couple or a family..

I haven't checked out in the property the room and entire premise was stinking...The bed was not cleaned..which was unacceptable so I immediately came out from the property and booked another hotel from different property...I paid full amount which was not even refunded...

All furniture was dust free and clean. Safe for our child to touch and explore. High standards of housekeeping care.
