Super Townhouse Chennai Near Airport Formerly Sai Bala Budget

Room was clean and hygienic. Couple-friendly room. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Low budget room. Nearby Meenambakkam airport, no room can satisfy this level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Poor room service. No Car parking facility. No Hot water facility. TV is not working, no response to the complaint.

No any care taker, poor hospitality, poor ambiance. No food. Make my trip took breakfast charges while booking, but no any restaurant in the property

1) They not provided breakfast they denied both days 2) No complementary soap or water bottle i have to pressure for complementary water bottle 3) Hotel location very inside from the main road no shops nearby for snacks

had a rather disappointing experience during my stay. The room was quite small, and although it had a room-controlled AC, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. Additionally, breakfast was not provided even though it was included in the booking cost. Overall, it did not meet my expectations.”

Room is not tidy enough... bed sheets could have been changed... dusty!!! Staff is courteous, but don’t have answers to any room requests!!! Only option to book is the proximity to airport

I came to stay at around 12MN,When we entered the room,the bedsheet and other sheets used by someone,toomuch dirty.Thank you.

No oyo board. Bad road access. No proper parking. Unclean bedsheets , used quilt. No flush & hot water. No coffee in room. Called “Sai Bala Budget Hotel “ not Townhouse Pallavaram.

Horrible access, no OYO Townhouse board, no proper parking, no restaurant or food , dirty bedsheets, no drinking water, no hot water in bathroom, flush in toilet doesn’t work, tap in washbasin doesn’t work properly, no tea / coffee in room . Please don’t offer improperly vetted options.

The room was clean and neat, comfortable. It was budget friendly, but hot water was not coming in the morning, though hotel said it will be available. I had to take cold water shower. I have not taken photos

The sheets had stains on them indicating they are not washed regularly. Very basic facilities but the prices are quite reasonable. 10 min drive to the airport. Ticks all boxes except for cleanliness for a single night stay near the airport.

Very nice, but the hotel is too inside the street, otherwise it is good.

Everything is good, expect the staff behaviour in the reception is a bit rude. Other than the hotel is a good and nice place to stay with family.
