We booked this hotel for our trip to Jaipur and due to early check in, we did one day prior booking but on our arrival at 8AM they denied to provide a room and we waited till 11 AM which made our first day totally waste. The room was in terrible condition with no fan (just AC), no TV, no WiFi, no drinking water and no other amenities mentioned in their web page. Most of the wall sockets were broken which is hazardous. Therefore I won’t suggest any family to stay here.

From reception to the living room, the entire wall etc. was dirty. The bed was not even made inside the room, which I cleaned. There were spots on the bedsheet. The toilet was not clean, the floor was also dirty. The TV was not working. There was no room service available. Water, shampoo, soap was also not available no one was heard. Worst accomodation,without TV without Wifi, not provided bill also, towel provided after 4 hours follow up,very rude staff

⭐ 1/5 Worst property ever. The staff completely denied to check the issue, and the tone was very rude – saying “you have to call customer care.” Totally unprofessional behavior. Highly disappointed!

First of all the pictures posted on website is totally different from what we get in real. Tampered walls, AC leaking water, Bed was awful with bedsheet tampered. Room was not locked from outside as there lock was broken.
