Hotel O Digha Sea Beach Formerly Kahini Hotel

I recently stayed at Kahini Hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience. The service was commendable, with staff members being attentive and helpful throughout my stay. While the food was average, it didn't detract from the enjoyable time I had. The amenities and services offered were satisfactory and met my needs.

Dirty bed, unclean pillow, rooti is mixsed with sand and poor quality. Unsafe d food service-and all.

The room was spacious, and the overall vibe was calm and relaxing. We had a great time here.

Room was quite small and there were cockroaches inside the room. We have killed 4 cockroaches in 2 days. Minimum hygiene should maintain

Behavior of the stuff were not good and unprofessional. Even i have to pey for warm water for my child. Break fast charge was expensive than the quality and quantity. The consistency of the food quality was not same every time.

Behavior of all staff of this hotel is awesome. There are very polite and caring. Hotel area rooms are clean. Only one problem is water, which is full of iron. But that can be solved, hotel authority should work on it

Bad experience. 1. Ac remote was missing. 2. Tv was not in working condition. 3. Untidy bed sheet, room floor, toilet floor. 4. Un willingness for daily floor mopping. 5. 2hrs cushion time for delay check out, practically they were forcing for check out before cushion time

I am staying with my family for 4 nights, this hotel in AC classic ground floor room 1st. Night is a harmful experience because AC is runing but direct not provided remot,TV not running, mostly sirious issues inside the room no network of Vodaphone, BSNL, Airtel etc. not available tower totally flight mode,this situation 1st. time of my life after that time I have reported to MakeMyTrip and take up the issues with calling the manager and solves the issue from the hotel manager. The 2nd day changes well and provides a good condition in the 3rd floor room . Staff behaviour is good. Hotel location is well behind police station, food quality is normal but the price is high as per compare near local market, 7-8 minutes walking from nehru market and old digha shea ( ⛱️) , old digha bus (🚌) stand.

The room they provided is very bad condition no hygienic, serivce is too bad, over all very bitter experience, shower broken, pillow cover not provided, bed sheet not changed next day, not cleaning house next day etc

No maintenance of the property at all: broken door locks, lights; dirty bathrooms; stained and smelly bed sheets, bedcovers and pillow covers; dust and dirt everywhere; delayed room service; really far from the sea. Literally everything is broken and you need to call them 10 times to get things fixed for yourself, for a day of merely 2 days!!!!! Not at all hygienic and not worth the money paid.

Had a great experience with hotel kahini. Room was good, behaviour of the manager of this hotel and other staff members are soo good very polite and helpful and most importantly food quantity and quality was excellent overall great experience.

One of the worst hotels in digha. Unhygienic rooms, dirty linens, smelly rooms, no lock in bathrooms, rude staff, n on the top of all this hotel has a entry time at night as if its some kind of hostel or something.
