Super Townhouse Dwarakanagar Near Gurudwara

The property initially seemed to be good but it is totally unsafe for women travellers. Late in the night someone kept on ringing the door bell for 3 times. Couldn’t be able to sleep due to unsafe stay. Informed the receptionist the next morning and didn’t receive explanation for the unsafe attitude of the staff. Totally don’t recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Super Townshous Dwarakanagar for 6 days booked and this last day was a continuation booked through MMT and it will definitely be my final one here. While the hotel is budget-friendly and has decent amenities for the price (windows, AC, parking, and lift), the overall experience was ruined by the staff’s irresponsibility and the way the place is maintained. The walls had stains and huge cracks, the bed sheet had visible stains, and the washroom was only okayishly clean. The real problem wasn’t the building itself, but the people running it. They allow alcohol in the rooms and rent to guests with zero civic sense. I stayed in Room 307, and most nights (except the first two) were sleepless because of loud, drunk guests playing music, shouting, banging doors, and even kicking other rooms. My partner even fell sick from the constant disturbance. The staff’s attitude was just as bad. On check-in, I found fresh stains on my bed sheet. When I complained, instead of replacing it, they shrugged and said “Sir, all bedsheets in our hotel are the same.” Only after I offered money did a magically “new” bedsheet appear. If the owner does not step in and take control, this hotel is going to ruin its own reputation completely. A budget price does not justify such neglect and unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend this place unless serious changes are made.

the room is terrible and the bedsheet and pillow cover are not cleaned and when asked to change it they just say it is the most cleanest room and I had stayed for 2 nights but no one came to clean the room and they don't even changeed the sheets and pillow covers even after telling them to change it is very much terrible for

Location is accessible just adjacent to highway.Food I didn’t try there but other tiffin centres Swapna( veg) and kinnera (non) veg are available on next road( Shankar matam road),amenities:don’t expect too much they can provide only wifi, water bottles, towels and soaps won’t be provided , services: house keeping and reception are good . Over all good and low cost stay for male

Restaurant available provides breakfast and lunch. Rooms are comfortable for a budget traveller.No towels provided.

Stayed in a classic room at the hotel and it was excellent. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable bed. Great city views. Loved the modern bathroom and amenities. Definitely recommend!

Room is good but the complimentary services like bathroom material e.g soap was not provided.No Aquaguard is installed you have to buy water.No contact number in the application so it is not easy to locate the hotel.
