Townhouse Four Season

Its a pleasent stay. I stayed with my loved one. And its also had a loved stay. And all location is ok. And oroperties all good.

The rooms looks good but too small. There are many bar, tasmac available in the street. So, it is little uncomfortable for family especially ladies.

All the windows are closed inside and outside the hotel room. No ventilation no air circulation, not able to see sleep properly

Service was good. But my bathroom had ceiling leakage.

booking was accepted at 5pm and the room was available at 9:40pm that too after a long wait of 1 hour. hotel people has taken double bookings to earn extra amount

Their room service was terrible. They are not washing the bedsheets, the tv remote was not working, restroom smelled bad,

There is showing restaurants in house, but actually there is no restaurants in property

nice experience and early 6am checked-in I was paid extra 😉, room net and clean. well connected bus terminal and market place.

Up on check in the person looks like manager or owner asks soo much of irrelevant questions

Actually i stayed with my partner. It's a cool trip. Actually it's good stay on season four hotel. All furniture is good. And maintainence alsoo cool and respectable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fabulous experience. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the property. The room was neat, spacious, and well-organized, with all the amenities you would expect from a high-quality hotel. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were polite, professional, and incredibly accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Whether i needed assistance with room service or had questions about nearby attractions, they were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location was perfect, situated close to key attractions and transportation links, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options to start the day right, and other amenities, such as the gym and lounge areas, were well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and i left feeling refreshed and satisfied. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

I had booked a room for single occupancy. The room was clean and tidy and the only hotel to have subscribed to all channels for entertainment. It was near the busstand and lot of food options nearby.

I stayed in the deluxe room. I had a very good experience the first time i stayed here. However, the second time i stayed at this property was quite disappointing. Firstly, i had to wait an hour before they allowed me to check into my room. They had no rooms available for check in and asked me to wait an hour so that they can clean the room that got vacated that morning. However, that was just the start of the many disappointments waiting for me. The bathroom door was almost worn out, and wouldn't close. Had to apply a lot of force before being able to open and close the bathroom door. Secondly, there was no way to control the ac in the room as there was some complaint with it. The staff tried to fix the issue, but they were not able to rectify the issue. This left us with no option to turn off the ac. In order to switch off the ac they advised us to turn off the switch from the main electrical board. Turning off that switch meant that the ac and the bathroom lights would be turned off. My request for another room was also not accepted by them as there was no other deluxe room available. And they were not ready to refund me also since they were downgrading me to the classic room. Overall had a pretty disappointing stay experience.

It was every bad in this stay. Room is not well maintained. I requesting the management to improve the room quality

Worst place they didn’t give me the room very dirty and should be taken off

We have booked through your app and have done the payment. When we have reached the hotel the hotel authority is telling that they haven't received any bookings from us and told to pay another amount for this one. We have tried to contact your customer care and was not reachable to you. So please help us to call with your customer care support for our refund

The room size was very small, not exactly as shown in pics.

They are providing very neat and clean rooms. Good experience and nice stay. Will recommend to all.

Great location, near to bus terminals and shopping areas, sheets to be cleaned properly found oil stains and towels are in faded and yellow colour, should look in to it
