excellent and clean, pleasant stay I found location from make my trip. this is very beautiful and clean

I stayed for two days after booking through MMT. The hotel is not identifiable from outside, no marking or logo. Check-in is prompt but strictly not a minute early. There is no service, even drinking water. Continuous inflow of local young couples, possibly a favourite place to them. However, hotel ensures valid ID check. You can not leave the premises before 8:00 AM, not convenient for early checkout. Behaviour of the staffs are certainly not polite.

The hotel rooms are good, clean. But no service, even drinking water unavailable.

Worst experience everrr. Our checking time was at 12 pm. We reached at around 9 pm. The receptionist asked us to wait for 30 mints as there were no rooms available. When asked why they gave our room to other people. They told us mm t isn't the owner of the hotel. And they asked us to wait until the room is vacant. We had to wait more than 1 hour before we can get in. There were no fan in the room. The ac wasn't working. They hadn't provided us the blanket for 2 hours. The receptionist behavior was the worst. Terrible experienced overall

Worst in terms of hygiene. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty. No amenities provided. They won't even give you complimentary water. Service is pathetic. Staff is rude. For any service one has to literally fight with the staff members. They will force you to order from their restaurant. I booked my stay through make my trip where they mentioned that early check-in two hours prior to standard time was allowed but the receptionist wouldn't allow you to early check-in. Make my trip customer support wouldn't even help you in this regard. Throughout my stay, i had a pathetic experience.

We came here for medical emergency facilities are too good. Behaviour of all staffs are nice and calm.

everything was quite nice. definitely recommend. neat and clean rooms. staffs r very cooperative and friendly.

All are good but check in time is 12. 00pm they don't allow check in before one two hour let night timings not problem

The receptionist is very very rude. Being on the reception, she thinks she can behave however. Got our rooms late of two hours. Even though had rules to take outside food, the hotel forced us for their in hotel food where most of the food items were unavailable and some even had rotten smell which we had to change. The passage were smelly, rotten and very very dirty with previous days garbage. Rooms had dirty towels, stains in pillow cover and bedsheet. In the hotel emeneties, they just provide one towel that’s it. Very bad and horrific experience

The sheets were dirty, corridors filled with garbage, rooms dirty, washroom was filthy and stains and hairs all over the place

Service is not so good. Staff behaviour is also require to improve. Location is good. Food price is higher.

Breakfast opted at the time of booking, but not got that service. Complimentary drinking water service isn't available. Rooms & wash room are not cleaned properly. Bed sheet has spots not cleaned

Worst experience, i had to wait for 45 minutes outside hotel as receptionist was sleeping & did not open the door in morning. No soap or towel is provided no complementary water is there. Blanket & bedsheet both are dirty & torned at sharp 11 they will call 3/4 times for check out

I visited this hotel many time service was good. Rooms are very clean and spacious.
