Cockroach, lizard at bedside with cigarette buds and holes in the bed sheet are present . Both room smells bad and wc was not cleaned. If that was bad then when I wanted to checkout early morning the staff were not present when I called them they told why did you ask us to check out so early. Very harsh behaviour of the front desk worker

Property's location is reachable, facilities are good, food was good too.

It was average experience, no complimentary breakfast , one water bottle a day in room of 2 person booking . Pl shift branding strategy as safe family hotels not like brothels, stop giving rooms to such youths who are cheating family values and staining society.

room quality was average, got charged extra for early check-in, room service was not very good at all, there was no restaurant within the hotel so we had to order food from outside. Overall my experience and my spent money both were not worthy at all.

The experience was overall not that good. Room service was okayish. No one came for cleaning the room and the bathroom even after 3 days though we asked for it. And they charged extra for early check in.

The overall experience is really bad! Starting from entry inside the room, it was not at all clean. The AC was too old and not working, The fan was also not working. Room was not clean and had dirts and dust. On top of that washroom shower was not working as well as hotel service was terrible

Behavior of staff is pathetic, the hotel itself is like staying in a slum. Not atall maintained. Its better to stay in railway station than this horrible place.

I booked townhouse to experience some good quality time but the door has no lock,keys were not working,we asked to have a room on top floor they didn't provide and curtain holders were not in working condition,floor was dirty and the bed sheet had holes and stains

rooms are newly painted paint smell gave me headaches no room service available mattress are to old

room was too small and they were giving spacious room to other people and not to couples who were online booked. roo. was smelling too and no toiletries. bedsheet was mark of smooking dust. and soo good experience. I don't recommend for online booking

Amazing clean and big room, lovely staff and location. I would love to stay here in the future as well. The linen is mostly quite dilapidated, and you will find they're often torn - however they will try their best to change them for you.

Terrible! Pathetic! I did not even stay bcz the room they showed was very small and extremely dirty, very very dirty washroom!when asked for another room they said they dont have any other options! Left the property without checking in

Dirty, unkempt room, dirty sheets and pillow covers. Insects crawling on the floor, washroom has toiletries with water inside. Anyone who reviews it as a good place is lying.
