Very Difficult to find.. there no contact number of hotel. They give us Kinley water bottle but seel is broke. Too mush smell in rooms. Door lock is not working. Poor bathroom. Tap and shower not working.

it was a shabby, dark and worst place I have seen and they call it a hotel. No secure parking, parking in street only. i had a tough time in locating the property as no signage or direction was available and the property is deep inside the street. they don't have displayed any number for assistance, I won't recommend the above hotel to anyone especially families.

3rd grade service. Had nothing for dinner, tea or even water. I had to go outside to purchase water, tea and have dinner. TV and AC not working. No toilet accessories provide, I have to purchase my own.

My stay had a few concerns. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean, and I even spotted a rat, which was quite unsettling. Due to this, I had to shift to a different room in the middle of the night, which was inconvenient. The hygiene and overall maintenance definitely need improvement. I also faced difficulty reaching the night staff.....my calls went unanswered several times before someone finally picked up. On a positive note, the morning staff at the reception was polite, helpful, and had a pleasant attitude. However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and inconsistent. I truly hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

there was a foul smell in the room, a bed sheet was used, and the blanket was having blood stains. Even rats were there and a rat had bitten me as well in the night...staff was also rude when I complained about the services, breakfast was complimentary and only bread option was there...overall pathetic hotel. one should not go with family not even with friends Not recommended👎🏻👎🏻
