Super Townhouse Hoshangabad Road Near Aashima Mall

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Super Townhouse, Bhopal. The amenities mentioned during online booking were not provided. The hotel was not clean at all, and the toilets were in extremely poor condition. There was no room service available, and even the AC and TV were not functioning properly. The behavior of the front desk staff also needs significant improvement. Overall, not recommended for a comfortable stay.

They are not provide Towels, soaps, also room not clean proper. Toilet also not clean proper. Hotel name not mention.

i booked my room with free breakfast and they charged for every breakfast and they we’re overcharging

worst experience no bathroom cleaning no staff is taking responsibility of anything need to complaint 5 times for any work.

due to the room available issue The mmt team shifted me to the other room this was 5km away, I have to arrange own vehicle to reach the other location,and the room was NON AC food not available breakfast not available the towel soap nothing basic mandatory items is available. this is my first and last experience thru the MMT. I am very disappointed. I am clearly said my management to please do not book the hotel for me for my next any business trip.

The hotel name is Shanvi not Super Townhouse and their rooms are not like 3 star hotels. They even not has foot mats to clean. The staff were not looking safe, they were starring at me. I checked out before my time.

Overall services is good it can be better in term of food, Room service can be improve and response can be quicker in term of services

My trip included breakfast and i paid for it but they made so silly reasons and didnt provided the breakfast soap and basic items which is included in the stay not provided room service is superslow

Different name mention on board as mentioned on make my trip.no wifi,no cable connection.food quality is average.deley room service.

The property is good in location but no cleanness is maintained in the common area, room and toilet. A very dirty and uncomfortable environment we felt during the stay. I give an average of 3 mark just for location and staff behaviour. The staff is good in nature.So end of overall it's not a good stay for us.

We have booked tge room for 1000 and requested the hotel on app for an extra beding but they declined the request, but when we reached the hotel and asked the hotel personal for the same they charged me 1000 extra for 1 extra beding. That not fair as the hotel charge is only 1000 and for 1 single extra beding there are charging 1000

room was nice ,well behaved staff,neat and clean washroom, and maintained well for the budget.Budget friendly

Check in late-night, but attended each person in a professional manner and provide all the required things accordingly.

Room was very clean. Washroom as well is clean. Food was not good and cost of food was high according to its quality. Parking space is perfect. Elevator available so no need to carry luggage in hands upstairs.

Room was small and under managed. No proper sanitation and cleaning. Not even a single essential was provided. washroom was dirty and leaky. overall terrible experience and waste of money. Think wisely before staying.

Rooms linen were not cleaned, washroom door was not lockable, no basic water bottle provided, wc and health faucet were not in good condition.

All over is good but the early check in request was denied by staff and asking for extra amount was not good.

3. Because of the following issues- 1. Only one piece of towel is provided. 2. The room and toilet were not cleaned. 3. Hot water kettle/ provisioning of hot water for drinking was not available.
