Neat and clean accomodation near Hogassandra IT Parks. I didn't try due to limited time but they have 24*7 food available also.

Positives: privacy for couples & outside deliveries allowed Negatives: Unclean rooms. The room we got was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches

It's a pathetic experience. I already shared the information to make my trip support people via phone and mail. I did not get any response from both make my trip and hotel. so I checked out within 4-5 hours and took another hotel and stayed there. I requested make my trip for refund. Room is so small and not fit for 3 persons and not hygiene. shared the pictures. hotel people response not good. Overall I had a bad experience with this booking and lost money, time.

We had booked 2 rooms for 5 Pax. The rooms were good, neat. But, no crockery, no water bottle or electric kettle. no complimentary tea/coffee, small towels, doormats, no fridge.....no complimentary breakfast as promised as there is no restaurant attached to hotel. 3 charging points, near toilet, functional geyser. Also staff were polite, drinking water was provided as and asked. Lots of tiny cockroaches...the sheets were dirty, no fresh sheets available. No pillow or pillowcover, was a shock. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with only three spots available. Arriving late means you likely won’t find parking. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
