Stay maintenance is poor.. AC is not working, bathroom and beds are not clean and I don’t have any option that time to change my stay so I continued the stay

The property is just ok for me. With wife and baby I went but the staff treatment not feel very good. Morning breakfast include in our package but the breakfast they given at 11 am but there is no tea with that I asked also they are saying it will provide.bathroom also not feel clean..

Yeah I will definitely feedback this stay it’s terrible because there is no water supply in the hotel they give reasons all the time from check in time to check out no water supply in the so called hotel 🏨 after asking so many times they provided with one bucket 🪣 water for fresh seriously without water there is no point to book a hotel

It was a terrible experience staying here. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days — only one bottle of water was provided, and they charged ₹30 for an extra one. The help desk staff made us feel completely unsafe and uncomfortable. The workers were shouting outside, and the entire corridor reeked of cigarette smoke, making it suffocating. The AC didn’t work, and power kept cutting off repeatedly. The room and location were decent, but with such poor management and unprofessional staff, this place is not worth staying in. It could be a much better place to stay even with some proper management.

Location is good. If you are looking for a low budget hotel then it is ok. Service also just average.

I was staying room no.309 but thier no water in the washroom, bad sheet not clean. no drinking water in room . no towel also thier. I never stay again this hotel

They ask me to pay 300 rs for the glass water bottle broke they charge rs 30 for the water bottle and I book Aç room but they gave me non AC room .I paid the price for the AC room but have to stay in the non AC room terrible experience.I have to stay 2 more days in the Bangalore but because of these issue I checked out

I booked for 3 days but, only stayed there the first night, for 7 hours only. Room had hair on the bed and when i asked to change the room there was an arguement with the caretaker / receptionist who said i’m doing . When the matter got escalated, room was changed which had the same issue.

Their rooms were not cleaned... staff was rude, my team member got stuck in bathroom as the door got locked, toilet flush not working... very uncomfortable

Room was dirty. The attendant was very rude and unresponsive. Breakfast was only a very small plain dosa per person and no plates provided. Towels are dirty.

Nothing much to complain about but the Hotel should take care of Basic amenities and accessories. Not a single Bottle of water is complementary. No toiletries, toothpaste, toothpaste etc. Also when you are charging for breakfast then have something Proper to eat. The room was good, but they didn’t provide water and charged separately. The app showed WiFi was enabled, but when I asked the receptionist, he said it wasn’t working. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re selecting room based on online office work.

Pathetic rooms. Leakage in washroom. When complained reception said to go into another room whose geyser is not working. Rude behaviour of staff.

Food was worst, they have only 40Rupee budget for breakfast, also quality of breakfast was very cheap. Few rooms are good, but hotel staffs are very careless, they doesn't provide quick resolution.

No basic necessities like water and towel, even washer bottle was not provided. The guys sitting at reception had zero knowledge of hospitality. Their landline is kept off so that they do not hear our complains. I had to take bath in the water cans as their water tanks never not filled. It's pathetic experience. I do not recommend this stay for anyone.

The stay was quite , at the very first guys sitting at reception knew nothing about hospitality, the basic necessities like towel, water bottle and lights were unavailable. On the very last day when I requested extension of 1hr they provided but the water was not available in washroom had to go down and speak as their landline was removed so we shouldn't call them. I had to take bath with that 20litre water can. I do not recommend anyone to this stay. It was horrible experience
