I stayed there for 2 days and the staff there was very helpful and attentive! we have some issues related to the mattress and they have instantly changed our room! No issues of lights! But the prices of their menu are a bit high according to me!

The stay was amazin, although this property is 15 KM away from city centre but the property is beautifully designed. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are beautiful, lush green garden, ample parking for walks and support staff is amazing, not to mention the food is deliciuos and the rates are reasonable.

Room service is not good. Even tea was served after one hour of repeated requests. The room was smelly and mosquitoes played sucking blood.

The Staff was very polite. Quick to rescue as well. Room was decent. Good gentry as well. Parking space is big - very convenient.

We stayed there after driving back from kumbh and Rooms were neat and clean so had relaxing time there.

Pathetic to be honest , a constant hassle to get rooms or trying to get room for confirm dates. Seriously hospitality is tossed out of window , why bother trying showing rooms on online platforms. Front desk is threatening and out of practice. Seriously a perfect OYO ROOMS only. Just use for OYO purposes .

Staff at the reception was very arrogant and not supportive at all. They delayed in giving the rooms and also they don’t have the key of one room
