Very poor experience, very dirty rooms and not maintained and ac was not working properly

Stay doesn’t have TV operating, It doesn’t have mats at the door entry and at bathroom entry. Beds were not clean. Room floors were not properly cleaned and bathrooms were smelly.

Felling bad experience service nod good and room also not clean

Hotel Not good condition and not responding proper way and not room service if you asking some room service he will Tell not a star hotel

Stay was good but still need more facilities and hygiene and they should provide Dental kits and room service should be available

It was really a wonderful stay with the hotel and with a special mention of Mr Rakesh, he took utmost care like a family member and whatever was the requirement for my wife's Mehndi and for dressing up and other things organised. It gave a very very personalised care, and I am grateful and wish you all the best in time to.

Very Average stay experience. They dont have a in-house hotel. Breakfast is ordered from somewhere outside. Staff was good. But the basic things of hospitality is missing. I got a towel for bath which was torn. Daily Bottles were not given, you have to remind them everytime. No one comes to ask for room cleaning service, I was staying for 3 nights. Also, my room had mosquito issues, I asked if we could get a room change but the hotel was full so they couldn't upgrade. Won't opt for this hotel surely next time.

The cleanliness of the room needs to be maintained properly. The room had a bad smell, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The service was very delayed, and the room intercom was not functioning. Additionally, the bedsheets were not being changed regularly

Location is very accessible, but the room is not clean , and door don't have the proper lock. And the key they are giving , that won't even work , each time we need to call somebody , worst thing and they gave the room on 4th floor , but the lift wont work properly, I went 3 time all the 3 times got stucked. Room has bad smell. There is no fan in the room , only ac is there. And also there is nothing in the room, they won't give the water bottle also. Worst experience.

Bedsheets were horrible and housekeeping service is terrible front desk lady and gentlemen are very good but room service and bed sheets are yuck

The room was spacious and come to bed, it was not fixed properly and not comfortable. In the bathroom taps are not good. Not provided towel for bath. Totally it’s uncomfortable.

Earlier this place was good, but now after it given to Townhouse it is completely bad. No in house kitchen for breakfast they will get food from outside which is also not at all good. best service and good staff & hyjanic room overall nice experiance

Staff helped make early starts go smoothly. Room was prepared for quick departures and they understood rushed schedules.

Perfect for short breaks from routine life. Room provided needed escape and staff helped make time feel special.
