The hotel staff didn't even provide water bottles which ever one does apart rooms were very very unhygienic and bedsheets and pillow covers were not even washed properly.

Complimentary breakfast was limited as there was no restaurant

Location wise Good but accommodation was too bad, cockroach,used bedsheet pillow and blanket were there, hair was everywhere, condoms were thrown on the floor

I had booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Unfortunately, my recent experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff was very rude and unwelcoming – no one spoke politely or made us feel comfortable at check-in. The room size was good, but the cleanliness was very poor. The linen and pillow covers were dirty, and instead of being fresh, they felt sticky and unhygienic. This was surprising because during my previous stay at this property, the room was properly clean and well-maintained. It seems like the management is not maintaining the same standards anymore. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their hospitality and housekeeping services.

Property location is in perfect areas in the patna. Its very near between two Railways station Patna and Rajendra Nagar. Also area was too clean ...Hotel staff is also too corporative and good in service .

Everything was fine but there was no parking and in some rooms there is a fan but it does not work and in some rooms there is a fan but there is no fan, there is a big shortage...

The hotel staff's behaviour was not good .they are not helping to provide the water bottle .Even the food was not good which they provide at the hotel.also don't allow food from outside .I paid amount for one day ..after that they asking to pay for water bottle. at the night no power supply at hotel even they don't have power backup .when I asked to staff to on the generator they said we don't have diesel to operate.after that he said that I can't do anything.

Was allotted wrong room, booked the highest category room (Suite) but on my arrival I was informed that the same was full and I was allotted the lowest grade room (classic). Even MMT was not helping their customer support committed that she will get back with a resolution within 24 hours but still haven’t received any response, it’s already 48 Hours. Shockingly I was also asked to cancel the booking from MMT at 12.30am Midnight. Horrible

No window No Ventilation. the staff showed no empathy even when the room was not used and was not even checked in. Said we will not refund even if checkin not happened due to medical emergency.

There have very bad service and very bad experience we are already checkout in same checkin day night i guide to nobody stat with family there have only service to couple for 1-2 hrs and why mmt add this hotel on our list and no any nearby cop look this issue.
