Very poorly maintained facilities....rooms are not kept clean.

I am dissatisfied with the service provided, as it did not meet the expected standards and offered no value for the price charge

I had worst experience with this hotel property is not clean at all no room facility no water facility nothing wastage of money.

Reception boy very badly behaviour basic amenities (bath Soap ) not provided, bad management room cleaning not provided

The stay was good overall. The hotel is in a prime location, and the hospitality is excellent. The room is well-equipped with a laptop table, a small dining table, and a spacious bedroom—very comfortable for couples. A few points to note: the check-in process takes longer than expected, as they ask several questions and require married couples to show valid ID proof. If surnames don’t match, a marriage certificate is required. Also, there is no buffer for early check-in—they do not allow you to check in even half an hour before the scheduled time.

Room is on third floor and lift is not working, I have my parents with me, they have knee issue and 60+ in age so it was a very bad management service

Toilet was clogged need to change room next day morning just to use bathroom. And the ac was too old. Electricity went out at night almost 10-20 times after every 15 min

There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the service was unresponsive and unhelpful calls for basic assistance were either ignored or delayed. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend until they seriously improve their cleanliness and customer service standards.

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended! Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the lift was not working. During check-in, the staff insisted on seeing our marriage photos, which was unnecessary and invasive. The room was in pathetic condition – the washroom was stinking, the exhaust fan and AC were not working, and even the TV wasn’t functional. The WiFi password provided was incorrect, and I wasted over 2 hours trying to connect, causing me to miss an important online meeting. We requested a room change, and they promised to shift us in the evening, but when we followed up, they said no room was available. Again, they promised a change by 7 AM the next day, but that too was never fulfilled. To make things worse, there was no hot water available in the morning, even though we had early morning darshan plans. We kept requesting hot water from 5 AM to 9 AM, but all they did was hand us a heater coil, which was dangerous and unacceptable. The hotel manager’s response was extremely poor, and customer service was no help either. Eventually, we were left with no choice but to leave the hotel early, despite losing money, as the stay had become unbearable. Absolutely not recommended.

Basic things are not available like tea pot, TV connection, toiletries etc which were earlier present in the same hotel. Reason given is Management is changed. Service is also not good.

Pathetic - it’s a fraud. The hotel does not exist. In case anybody is thinking to book, pls instead donate the money to a better cause
