-Group Of People Sitting At Cash Counter And Chilling Around , No Professionalism - Bedsheets Bed Spreads In Room Where To Dirty - No Waterbottles Nor Soap Was Given - Environment Created Was Not Of Hotel But Of Dharmshala , Men Wandering Here And There Without Reason . - Staff Should Have Uniform .

Apart from location nothing is upto mark, hotel is old and need renovations urgently , rooms are stinking and no amenities at all, business travelers can avoid it if possible

Very poor service in hotel...in a there days stay hotel staff didn't bother about the tv to get started... every day we are complaining but no one showing intrest to get the started..... they said recharge nhi hai

The roads leading to this place are confusing. The parking space is stinky. Our stay included breakfast for 7 adults and 1 child but we were handed 5 plates/boxes of breakfast and had to pay for extra. The entire place was stinking with cigerette smell. The room bedsheets were not clean and had to be changed when we reached. Room sizes are good. Staff was polite and friendly.

Worst condition in side the room and Very bad smell in the lift and property also. I never seen such a hotel in my life and we never stayed there and when I called up your office and informed the same, but your people said it's non refundable booking, so, we have moved to some other property and stayed.
