Super Townhouse Lotus Grand

I recently stayed at Lotus grand, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Came from a journey and found no one at reception; all dark and empty. After some time, one guy told us that the hotel's real reception was on floor 1. Then we went there and checked in. The room is good, but the bed sheet and comforter weren't washed for some days. The bed sheet had weird marks. There was no restaurant available at the place. Hot water was available in the morning, and one liter of water was provided, but sleeping at the hotel was tough due to sudden noises and door slamming from other rooms.

My experience was average for this stay. Key reason (1) Washroom had no tissues (2) No hot running water for bath (3) No complementary drinking water

Neat and clean hotel. Courteous behaviour of staff. Highly recommended. Room given to us was spacious.

Everything was good except the check-in time which they allow only at 12:00 noon. Stay was nice n smooth.

Location is very near to metro rail station. Very close to main road. Rooms are neatly maintained. No food included in room rent. But a good restaurant is running in the hotel, open from 12.30pm to 11pm. Very helpful staff. Rooms are having average size.

the property found in make my trip app, very worst maintenance in terms clean the room, bathroom stinking, no Water flush in bathroom, cockroaches, very bad smells in bathroom, no water provision, reception are rood, not responsible answer, reception are aragunt, no breakfast, no early check in not even half an before the check in, pls don't recommend any customer this hotel, I very much struggled lot
