Checkout request was pathetic even 5 min late 500 fine!!! this is not how rhey should behave. 1 There is no demtal kit , Comb some basic amenities were missing

The room condition was extremely poor – it was neither clean nor maintained properly, no drinking water was provided, and there were no complimentary services at all. Moreover, the staff’s behavior was not pleasant, which made the entire experience even worse. Considering the price, this hotel offers no value for money. I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked deluxe room. Already i was payment but when I was reach hostel they gave me classic room.i talked to staff and they told me deluxe room not available......after 1 hr they gave me deluxe room.

wifi is very very slow and I am keep on giving the complaint and they are not solving . breakfast they are not proving but they mentioned that breakfast free.

Very bad service was provided. The products which were included in our booking ID were not given to me. Even mineral water was not provided.

No doubt hotel's location is good for nearby food outlets or shopping... If I talk About hotel facilities, hotel have to improve their problems like electricity, room cleaning🧹....

Good Experience , but your service is slow. There is a lot of problem of electricity at your place. But you have to maintain your status.

Room was so small for the price, there was no window and it was not properly clean i paid extra to get better room but it was nothing better i just got the window this time, staff is not friendly kind of rude

Easy check inn & check out all staffs were behaving professionally over all nice experience we enjoyed in DND mode

So i had booked a deluxe room and was offered classic. We have no choice as the concerned person stated we have only single room left to offer. Room had an o dour smell with and left with unattended service. If we pay for relevant service we should be offered the same. Instead of highlighting the fancy room during bookings we should start posting images by real users.

The rooms were invested by cockroaches

The lady who sit in the counters, date on-03/11/2024 in morning shift that lady's behavior is not good. Performs very rough tough behavior. The way to talk is not good at all and looks very arrogant. I felt very insulting.

Through my friend, i got to know about the townhouse Marina It was a nice experience visiting there.

I didn’t got the breakfast service at the hotel though i had paid for the breakfast too but the manager didn’t provided me the breakfast and told his system is not showing for breakfast.

First day was very bad, wall ia nit clean. Got stuck when no water during bathing, power cut. Evening time power. Ut of lift. Bar was in 3rd floor. Not good for family

From the moment i walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly welcome.
