The experience in this hotel is good and hygiene, the housekeeping is fantastic

Good stay as I stayed for almost a month. Good to experience this first thing anyway closely tomorrow.

just not clean and very catfishy pictures online, didn’t clean the rooms on time or even give basic amenities.

Pleasant stay good staff they even helped us in late check out overall it was best experience as a local stay

Value for money had two days stay. staff behaviour is good. Room is clean.

It was very trustworthy and genuine and very beautiful place and good environment to chill the place

I prefer staying here and booking this hotel on MakeMyTrip as the offline prices are little higher. The hotel is very nice, clean, and pretty. Moosapet Metro is a bonus to staying in this hotel. This does not only save money but you get saved from Hyd traffic. I booked this for one day, later extended for 5 more but through MMT not offline.

Room is not good as they showed photos in their website. The are wet, floor not good they are broken, no hot water. Overall, i did not like the room. but customer service is good.

The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day, and the front desk was always ready to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting moosapet ( Hyderabad), and I look forward to staying here again!
