Cleanness of the Hotel is a big issue. very dirty. i stayed at the property for 5 days and in the same room. i had asked them to clean the room in the 2nd day. but they don't bothered to do the same. again I called them and after 3 times, they came and just Wash the room. asked them to change the bedsheet atleast and they said, sir once the laundry came in the afternoon, we will change the bedsheet for sure. but upto my 5 days stay, they didn't change the nedsheet. Also the Pillow cover, blanket cover are very smelly and dirty. So, I will not suggest anyone to stay at the property.

hotel was worst saty was very bad the hotel staff was arguing at night I checked in with my staff late night there was no water even they have charged for breakfast as it was included in my stay. as i havw booked breakfast for 4 people but they have charged for it

Property was goood though a bit difficult to find,room was spacious,bed was not upto the mark and stains were there on bed sheet.

Rooms are not as shown in app photos bed sheets were torn pillow covers were dirty and washroom was not clean

I didn't stay there as the room waz like staff quarter..foul smell bad linnen dirty washroom ....I didn't stay there and left asap

Toilet seat broken. Bed sheet having dust. No water,soap,towel in room. Need to take all these before assigning rooms.

I recently stayed at the this Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic—central, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive, quickly addressing my questions. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The bathroom was well-maintained, though the water pressure could’ve been stronger. For the price, it’s a solid choice with good amenities and service. I’d recommend it for a short stay and would likely return.

The hotel's location was very nice, the market wasn't far away for me to explore the local area. And alot of dining options right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained and also i had an issue with the water which was solved within 10-20 min max. Overall good place to stay. Transport options also closeby.

stay was Ok... there's a smell of smoking coming from the room while checkin at late night 10 pm. Request for water and they provided me the mineral water bottle and said that they don't have RO installed in the hotel and only provide customer with WATER BOTTLE even at their restaurant. On arguing that they have mentioned mineral water in room service they waived off Rs.20/-

I booked it for my office employees. as per them hotel service was very poor . wash room was not working properly. Even after complaining many times no action was taken. Breakfast was OK

It was a very dirty room even whole night cockrojid rooming in complete room and it was not only a single one it was 100s off cockrojos in room and washroom and cleaning staff was very pathetic

07/11/24 stay hotel ma room last me diya baht chalna pada subh me-in 6:00 am train pakdni thi to bathroom me-in pani nah i aaya yaha teak ke toilet ke liya pani nah i thai koi service nah i diya bin a nahaya hamein train pakdni padi staff koi response nah i diya ac not cooling purana furniture hai bakwas hotel hai mufat me-in bhi is hotel me-in stay nah i karna

Blankets are not clean. No sleepers provided. Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. If maintained properly then it will be very good.

Excellent service and very friendly front desk, need to provide water in rooms that was missing. Location is best next to clock tower, good parking space
