It's always a pleasure to stay at Ambassador. I've been staying at this Hotel for quite a Long whenever I visit Dehradun for work. The front staff is very courteous, both the girls welcomes the guest with smile and are quick at check in process. The staff members of housekeeping are quick to response whenever required. The food is great and sufficient but overpriced, room service is quick. On Cleanliness the staff has to be supervised to clean the below area of tables, bed, bathroom sinks, corners of room. I stayed in room no 317 this time the tap of the wash basin need to be replaced, leakage below the toilet seat needs repair, shower need to be cleaned so that the water comes with a good pressure and the sink should be cleared.

Since it was just a night stay I did not complain at all, but the only issue was with the bathroom. First of all there was no hand spray beside the commode. Secondly somehow water was leaking from under the commode. The basin pipeline was blocked and water was getting filled up on use. Apart from these the room was excellent, especially the bed. It was perfect for good sound sleep. The room was big and spacious with good illumination. Wi Fi had great speed. Staff behaviour excellent.

My overall stay with this property was perfect. I had booked an AC suite room however due to confusion I was given a deluxe room. The reception staff thereafter releasing offered an upgrade to Executive room due to non availability of the AC suite room. The executive room was amazing and the food was good too. Location is just too perfect. I wish I was offered the room I booked. Recommend stay at an Exec Room.

Nice stay, quick service and good food

It was really worth for money. The staff were co-operative. And room size was enough for 2 people. Food was okay. There no buffet kind of thing unlike what is showing while booking, theirs limited options with one at a time. But everything was nice.
