Booking name and hotel names were different. Faced problems in identifying the location. No proper room services. Faced problems during night for food as there is no kitchen is attached with the hotel. Only the convinience is the parking space and vicinity of city.

Our experience was really bad, after booking when we called hotel we they said room are already booked but when MMT person called them then they confirmed it. They have changed hotel name but it was not mentioned anywhere and we kept looking for the hotel for 30mins. Even the service was not good.

Harrowing Experience with Super Town House Oak Dhara

I booked the Property and Got confirmation from Make My Trip. However, property manager denied me access stating that they don't have any available rooms. Called the Make My Trip customer care for an hour or so to understand how they confirmed the booking when there were no hotel rooms available. After an Hour in the middle of a conversation with Make My Trip rep, property owner came, apologized and offered me the room. Room was filthy with no basic amenities such as water, Soaps and Shampoos. Had to remind them that these are basics that are to be covered in a hotel accommodation. Hotel staff was rude with an exception of bellboy. Overall a harrowing experience and stay I'm not gonna forget easily. I'm still waiting on an explanation as to how booking was confirmed when they didn't have any available rooms.

my experience at this property is not good.When we reach this property name is royal castle and we reach early before check in time and they charge 800 rupees extra early check in .And when we ask for a common washroom they are denied for that and after the request they are allowed .I have booked so many properties for travelling but this property is very terrible.
