Good room, spacious, value for money, close to the city and also to scenic spots nearby like water bodies, and also near the water metro.

As a customer, I wanted to express my thoughts on my recent hotel stay. The ambience of the hotel was lovely, creating a relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I had a nice stay overall and would consider returning in the future. I appreciate the positive experience.

No restaurant, no mineral water bottle, poor maintenance. Not fit to stay. The flash of commode non functional

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was always smiling and ready to assist. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, this is a beautiful location and a great hotel to stay at, there were enough items provided.

It was nice and full of amenities. Liked the facilities of the room. The bed was very cozy, light facility was very good, and the space was well-facilitated.

The services were relaxing, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. This is a spot i would like to see again. Not just the facilities were good enough but the customer service too.

In addition, the staff's continuous support made the visit more enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant time. The room was very fully furnished and clean.

It claimed to have breakfast included, but hotel had no restaurent of breakfast provided. Bathroom didn't have dental. No iron box provided even upon request. The walls and interior were bulged due to lack of service-bale buses

I don't recommend this place. Hotel had issues with bathroom tap. Main issue was there was no electricity early in the morning and could not sleep as it was very hot, also got mosquitos in the room. There was some work going on beside the room and it was very disturbing. Poor place.

I had booked the room including breakfast and they make me pay 490 extra by saying it's issue and they told there is no breakfast. Poor customer service

Corporation is verybad. We requested for late check in and late check out , first they agree , before check in .after checking saying no possiblee…!!!😬

Stay booked was from 3rd oct-5th oct the property was not aware of the booking as they informed us that they are more connected to make my trip. When contacted the guest representative from mm t our call was declined. The promised complimentary breakfast/lunch was not available. Very badly maintained and overall facilities promised was sub standard. Remember the entire payment was made 2 days before check-in and had to spend 2 nights with improper doors. Swimming pool mentioned in the package was being charged extra. This we felt was misleading from the part of make my trip as they were aware that there is no tie up with the property at cheranalloor. Also tv sets were not functioning at all. Kindly look into this and arrange to refund the amount.

They informed that the payment not yet reflected to them. But the mm t customer team gave me an alternate accommodation which is excellent. Thank you

I have already paid the amount for dinner and breakfast and they didnt provide any of those, also they said i have to pay tax extra .

Every staff member is in there frauds. Don't go to this hotel. They will ask u pay extra money. After u reached there. We can't go from there. Because there isn't any transport facility. Hotel facility. They gave us tap water and sealed with water bottle.

Charged us 400 rs more even after we done full payment

We didn't get much privacy, coz some party's and birthday functions conducted out side, pool was engaged with them, after 6 pool closed, we spent most of the time inside the room.

Overall good but swimming pool is chargeable hourly basis which is prejudice.
Good amenities, amazing rooms but access of swimming pool is chargeable!
