services that are promised are not delivered and need to ask for basic amenities like towels, water bottles, room cleaning etc., do you think we need to ask for these services or else the hotel staff must provide before we ask? Room cleaning staff talking on phones while cleaning the room , I don't know what language, Sorry, it was poor service

It’s not a hotel to stay. It’s terrible experience they haven’t provided breakfast any single day and their cleaning is worst. Even the bed sheet and towels are not clean. Lots of stains will be on bed sheets. After asking lots of time they have changed it to torn bed sheet. It not clean and totally un hygienic stay.

good location, decent room, helping reception staff with out ROOM SERVICE. Even for coffee or tea we have to go out. since we are eligible for breakfast, made out sourced not upto the standard.

I had a wonderful stay at this oyo hotel.the room's were clean,well maintained,and comfortable, making my stay relaxing 😎.The check-in process was smooth,all those Ac,tv, hot water and room service were available as promised,the location was convenient ,with easy access to near by attractions and transport

Room & bathroom was clean. There was kitle in room but no teabags, sugar pauches or coffee. There was no drinking glasses. At reception no washroom. Building and room is new construction no restaurant at hotel
