location is near hi-tech City which is the only good part. hygiene is the terrible thing. toilet seats, basin bucket all were badly stained.

My login time was 12:pm but they made me wait till 2pm

Not a good experience b'coz bedshit pillow cover is not spotless it's vary dirty.maine receptionist ko call kiya bhai ye change kardo but he isn't interested.last we are sleep on the bed with used bedshit used pillow cover and other accessories. ☹️☹️ i do'n like hotel management is very poor..

There are roaches in the room, water is clogged on the bathroom floor, very bad sanitization. Overall very vad experience.

Untrained staff; Unhygienic conditions and repeated asking of tips from repeated helpers. Water bottle given removing the tag so that customer doesn't know which company it is. In the middle of night made me park in parking which obstructs other customers parking even when I was objecting; and then came again saying I need to remove and as I was objecting, it was not right parking and then removing car had to pass through backward terribly. Room was in bad shape with not properly cleaned and cockroaches; flies going around. Bathroom is pathetic too. I didn't even take bath and left in the morning. That bad it was

Extremely Disappointed - Terrible Experience I’m honestly appalled by my stay at this property, especially considering its prime location and spacious rooms. However, the overall maintenance was nothing short of horrible. To begin with, the rooms were infested with cockroaches. I encountered at least 10-15 cockroaches during my stay, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. On top of that, the toilets and blankets were filthy, and it was clear that the room hadn’t been cleaned before I was allocated it. When I raised these concerns with management, I was met with an incredibly unprofessional response. Instead of addressing the issue, they brushed it off, citing a shortage of staff due to internal issues. They told me to "adjust" and mentioned that the property would be better maintained once these issues were resolved in the near future. It’s completely unreasonable that customers should have to suffer because of the property's internal problems. I paid for a service expecting a decent, clean place to stay, and instead, I was faced with an unpleasant and unhygienic environment. This experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until serious changes are made.

Tv not working., no hot water..this hotel is not worth for money but very near to biometrics........

Everything was good.Bus facility and Metro facilityare there. Surroundings you can see durugam cheruvu and shiparamam and Kukatpally houseboarding for shopping.Karchachi bakery also near by only.I recommend this hotel.

The service was terrible and customer interaction was also horrible. Didn’t give even a cup of water. Made me wait for about 2 hours for check in. My worst ever stay experience

The rooms are pretty old. TVs dont function. The person seated at the reception has. Big screen on top of him with loud music being played. How will he hear any calls made on landline? So services were bad or no service actually. The lift is used by staff to take or wash laundry even during the day time. I had to keep climbing 4 th floor as lift never comes! No water service also on calls! Well how could it be possible when the reception boy is busy watching music or TV with full volume! I was shifted from 1 room to the other.

Excellent location in Hyd, busy place, well connected by metro, roads. spacious rooms and good amneties available , we found this property thru MMT with good rate, recommend this hotel anytime

We stayed for a night, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The rooms were old and dirty, falling short of our expectations. The photos were quite misleading, leaving us surprised and disappointed upon arrival. Additionally, the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner time.

For early check in they ask 1000 rupees for 1 hour. Room condition is not good. And the toilet jet spray is not in working condition. The bathroom water got chocked up and we need to bath in that dirty water only. Breakfast is not good at all. Negative rating for their services. People are booking that hotel just because it’s near to VISA office. And the care takers are very rude.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and the hotel has nearby access to almost everything.

No one is available for cleaning, breakfast is not available when reached at 9:40 also it’s over , no quality service and no one is listening my complaint and even many people are saying same issue
