Choosing this hotel for my solo trip was the right decision, as everything from room comfort to staff helpfulness exceeded what I expected for the price.

The hotel provided an excellent base for my solo adventures, with a comfortable room and convenient location that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

very unhygienic, had to buy my own stuff like sanitizer spray, wipes bedsheets to clean and use the room. looks like a shady hotel with no staff, no food arrangements etc. Ok only for bachelors if it were for 200inr per day.

No cleaning service daily and No power for 4 hours on 30.07.2025 .Many customers complained and I've witnessed that. All other matters are good.

Room and Hotel Area is Hygenic, just needs to replace bedsheets because of old stain marks. Area Location is Best Nearby many food hotels.

To be honest the service is very bad, and staff is not help full, and he don't no if NRI book the room how to handle, room are very dirty and air-condition also not working 1 room. Location also very to find . Totally riview is very bad. 1 lady with 2 sons early morning check in but that day incharge don't no how to deal with guest , they waited outside more than 1 hour. Then one of my relative given his adhaar card copy then he allow. Beds cover are dirty we use our bed covers . TV network also mot Woking. Next time we will not take again this stay accommodation.

Neat and Clean Hotel the room also has a mini fridge Bedding is also Clean. If you are with family then surely you can opt for it.

The property is really good and spacious. very hygienic and is located in a commercial area restaurant, furniture, chemist etc are very close by. the staff is also very humble and supportive

please don't choose this hotel....while check in hotel manager informed me last two days there is no water available...i booked 2 rooms if you want stay we will provide two bucket water .....manager telling with out seeing room why you paid to make my trip.we wait outside the hotel with family for about one hour.

While reaching hotel. Manager told there is no water supply available in room. Manager asking why you paid to make my trip with out seeing the room

Had a great stay at town house oak santosh nagar, staff was helpful, the room was well maintained, drinking water was available 24/7, they provided everything they promised.

The stay has been exceptionally well. The hotel is quite brand new with all accessories intact. The staff is quite generous and the cleanliness of the room has been taken care of well. Highly recommend
