Cockroaches everywhere , poorly maintained property , stained bed sheets and towels , smelly rooms .Highly disappointing

we add breakfast for 2 people but they only provide for 1 refund my money and place is also not good

our one room was locked 3 of us have to stay one room we asked them for another room they denied I want my refund

It was my 6-7 th time stay here. .. Have to stay bcz I paid in full. Bt select 1 room out of 7/8 rooms shown. All smelly. Dirty. No towels. Nd no amenities in room. Even after asking multiple times. Service staff won’t come. 2 staff persons running the complete hotel.

The room's phone is not working, I can't find a water bottle, and the lights keep going out.

This is regarding our stay at supertownhouse silver oak hotel at dehradun between 11-14th june 25. The hotel is not hygenic, secure and safe. The basic amenities are missing. The staff is highly uncooperative and unsupportive.the person who sits at the reception is very rude cold and unresponsive. We faced following challenges: 1) basic amenities missing in bathroom 2) no soap, handwash, unhygenic toilet pot, black rugged towel, no clean water, tap water was provided in plastic bottles. 3) no tv connection, no internet wifi connection and no AC was working. We were supposed to work from hotel and wifi was must. We had to change 2-3 rooms to see if ac worked. 4) kids got blocked in lift , kept calling no body attended. My son opened it by some way. There were three kids aged 9,3 and 15 yr old. 5) the hotel was unsafe unsecure, we got 2-3 knocks at our door at 2 in night. We were ladies with small kids in the room. 6) the room service initiallu didnt provided plates/cutlery, cz we didnt order anything from kitchen. We had to order tea. The staff had multiple calls in conference with makemytrip stwff and accepted these shortcomingz. They promised to provide the service but didnt come back with Internet wifi and tv connection. This mail is only allowing 5 photos to be posted. We didnt paid for this service. We need full refund. We were staying in 201 and 204. Earlier it was 202 - 203 where ac was not working

Rooms and check in experience was great Nice decent room convenient access to road room service is good .

A peaceful and clean room made the experience great. Staff was respectful and quick to help.

It was not a good experience and hygiene was also it was not a good stay, as there were cockroaches in the room and when they shifted to another room, there also situation was the same. They didn't even serve mineral water bottle for which i paid extra money. So, overall this was the stay where the experience

The price is high as compared to other hotels, you show something else in your app and hotel policies are different, like outsider food are not allowed check out time is different and not much clean. I don't have

Reception guy was very rude, on the application outside food is mention clealy which is allowed. But he refuses to take any outside food rooms are so smelly even you cant stay for 1minute.

The property is good which is on the road of Rajpur Road , dehradun. the food is on a bit expensive side. Through, property is good for a budget traveller.
