We were a happy family during our stay. Staff were patient and friendly. Room was clean and big enough. Everyone enjoyed it here.

We saw how well staff works together. Our room was perfect and everyone we met was helpful and kind to both of us.

The lodge is in very worst condition, - The room is not clean. - Bathrooms are not good. - The bed is not clean. - No drinking water. - No heater. - No room lock. - No Kitle.

Excellent base for solo exploration. Staff provided helpful directions and room was comfortable home base. Enhanced my independent adventure.

Water heater not working Breakfast timing is 10am - I am On official trip than how can I have BF so late

totally discusting hotel...i booked it @2650 but i must say this property is not worth of rs200 even...i neverrrrr suggest anybudy on this property...rather its better u live on footpath...but never go there at all....

The room and bathroom were not clean. We had to ask for everything to clean room, provide water. We were not provided a room key even after asking them repeatedly. The people at the reception said that the room didnt have a key and we should ask them every time we come back and they will open the room. Towels provided were also not clean. When asked they said these are the only ones they have. There was no proper soap provided. When asked they only provided a small soap.

the staff was not cooperative and they strted banging the door at the time of check-out like anything also the room was not properly clean. worst experience never gonna recommend this place.

The hotel is mismanaged as compered to my earlier visits. Asking for a bottle of water and towel is a task many a times we our self have to visit the reception to collect the water beacuse it was taking so much time. We have to wait for water about an hour afeter calling 2, 3 times in between.
