Super Townhouse Prince Chowk Near Railway Station

This was the worst stay I have ever done in my life. Pathetic service from the people of this hotel. Literally an employee of this hotel entered my room without taking my permission. We included our breakfast but their kitchen was closed and they refused to provide us the food which we had already included after my argument they provided us the breakfast and it was also so bad. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Discount offered by property and cost became Rs. 1264. Considering original cost, i think the room was pathetic. TV was not working at all. Blankets were dirty. Room was too very very dirty. Did not think that MMT will make tie up with such a hotel. Food cost as per menu kept in room, was too high. Seriously, the stay was horrible. The room is good only for the fact that it has a roof and walls to cover you from cold. That's it

1- check in के समय सरकारी पहचान पत्र लेने से मना कर दिया. आधार कार्ड देने पर ही check in कlरवाया. मैंने उनसे बोला कि ये make my trip की guidelines के विरुद्ध है तो वो बोले कि यहां होटल की guidelines ही चलेंगी make my trip की नहीं फिर मैंने मैंने make my trip में complaint किया वहां से भी कुछ हेल्प नहीं मिल पायी. 2 पूरे होटल में अंधेरा था बस reception में लाइट थी. 3- रात मे 8 बजे लाइट चली गयी जब मैं reception में गया तो वहां की लाइट आ रही थी, मैंने बोला रूम में लाइट चली गयी है तो caretaker ने mcb बॉक्स में mcb सही किया, कयी बार रूम की लाइट गयी. 4- बाथरूम गंदा था और बाल्टी इतनी गंदी मैंने किसी होटल में नहीं देखा. 5- होटल और रूम के फ्लोर टाइल्स इतने घिसे थे जेसे ये कोई पुराना काम्प्लेक्स हो.

Location wise is good but breakfast is late which is not preferable. Washroom door not getting closed and ordered some food which was also not good.

No restaurant or canteen, no proper cleaning, total wastage of money

room cleaness is average and in washroom cockroaches, washroom mug is broken intercom not working no mineral water complimantery it's chargeable they says only RO water complimentary actual name of hotel is kolam as well as super town house almirah is not clean

I found this property on mm t the hotel is good but the stay was not good the room was average they didn't provide water and towels. I have booked for two days but i check-out the first day only.

Stay was comfortable and good. Stayed with group of friends,found it budget friendly and cozy. Room was clean.

I found the property in make my trip app. Found the best food here, excellent staff behaviour . Loved staying here.

The bathroom racks were broken, bedsheets were not cleaned, blankets has stains, staff behavior was too rude asked for warm water and the gave dirty water and later on asked for a clean water they competed denied and said (nahi milega)

Staff and hotel is very good, rooms are also very clear and staff is so cooperative..i must suggest everyone to visit this hotel
